    At the architecture of INTEGRAL DESIGN FACTORY was incorporated the EIXAMPLE ARQUITECTES ASSOCIATES, Study of architecture and urbanism founded in Valencia in the year 1992.

    Our scope encompasses the arrangement, project developing and monitoring and controling, with extensive national and international experience in rehabilitation, public and private residential architecture, urban planning and development.

    We provide coordination and integration of a technical team specialized in design, installations, structural calculation and geotechnical studies, environmental and waste management, safety at work studies, legal and contractual law, interior design, landscaping, topography, energy efficiency, quality control, new materials and technology research, economic control, work’s organisation and many other disciplines.

    Technical Team directed by

    Francisco Acosta is architect by the School of Architecture in Valencia, Universitat Politècnica of València.

    Advanced Studies Diploma in Universitat Politècnica de València.

    Doctor by the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Thesis “The ideas and the instrumentos específicos of architectural Project. Giuseppe Terragni front of the orthodoxy of the Modern Movement“, it got a distinction Cum Laude.

    Currently, he is preparing several lectures and various publications on the Italian Rationalism.

    Technical Director of L’EIXAMPLE ARQUITECTES ASSOCIATS since 1992. Co-founder and CEO of AQOSTA-COMMODITIES. Founder of INTEGRAL DESIGN FACTORY.

    Director and Coordinator of multidisciplinar teams (architects, engineers, technicians, lawyers, urban planners, geologists, biologists, historians and archaeologists), both in writing projects and work management.

    Advisor of Real State Advisory national and international Groups,  with a presence in Italy, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Morocco, Congo-Brazzaville and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Professional Trading Expert.

    Directed development aid projects in Congo-Brazzaville and Dominican Republic.
