Now, the companies are renovating their work spaces, leaving behing cubicles and opting for open work spaces.  It is looking a design where the worker feels comfortable in his workplace, making him want to go to work and feels part of the Company.

This concept is not new, comes from years ago when in 1936 the Johnson Company asked Frank Lloyd Wright to design their new offices, they asked him to interpret the idea where the worker feels comfortable and feels realized profesinally and personally, and also that people relate to each other.  Later, Hib Johnson said that thanks to the new concept of work, the Company had improved by 25%.
